Sleuth

Isolated in a countryside manor, Wyke – a reclusive, eccentric crime novelist – has invited a young man by the name of Tindle around for a drink. Fully aware that Tindle is romantically involved with Wyke’s wife, a plot is hatched between the two of them to ensure they both get exactly what they want. But as the evening creeps on and façades begin to slip, it soon becomes apparent that there are ulterior motives at work, and their playful game of cat and mouse becomes something else entirely…

This amateur production of “Sleuth” is presented by special arrangement with SAMUEL FRENCH, LTD.

The ultimate game of cat-and-mouse is played out in a cozy English country house owned by celebrated mystery writer, Andrew Wyke. Invited guest Milo Tindle, a young rival who shares not only Wyke’s love of the game but also his wife, has come to lay claim. Revenge is devised and murders plotted as the two plan the ultimate whodunnit.
